Every major profession needs a strong presence in Washington. Social work should be no exception.

CRISP invites schools of social work, professional organizations, businesses, foundations, and other partners to sponsor the 2027 Social Work Day on the Hill, Wednesday, March 24, and Student Advocacy Day, Thursday, March 25, in Washington, DC.

Your sponsorship is an investment in strengthening social work’s voice in Congress and preparing the next generation of social workers for advocacy, policy leadership, and public service. It will help connect social work education, research, practice, and lived experience with the federal policymaking process.

Our 2027 theme, Advancing American Values Through Social Work & Democracy, recognizes that service, dignity, fairness, opportunity, responsibility, and respect for every person are essential to both social work and a healthy democracy.

We invite you to partner with CRISP to ensure that social workers are not merely affected by public policy but are actively engaged in shaping it.
